If you’re looking for something more personal, I create commissioned pieces that honour your story, symbols, and intentions while staying true to my artistic style.This service includes a consultation, a clear quote, a signed contract, and a collaborative creative process that results in a one‑of‑a‑kind artwork made just for you.

What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through trusted third‑party providers. Accepted methods are listed on your invoice or at checkout.Are prices listed in Australian dollars?

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is complimentary. Each piece is packed by hand and couriered with care.Do you ship internationally?
I currently ship within Australia only.
If you live outside Australia and are interested in a piece, please contact me for a personalised shipping quote.How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Commissions or custom pieces may take longer — timelines are discussed during the consultation.Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are provided once your order has shipped. -
Do you accept change‑of‑mind returns?
No. Due to the handmade and intentional nature of my work, I do not offer change‑of‑mind returns on originals, prints, or commissions.What if my artwork arrives damaged or faulty?
You are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Please email me as soon as possible with photos of:the damaged parcel before opening
internal packaging
the artwork itself
a brief description of the issue
I will offer a replacement (if suitable piece is available) or a refund, and I will cover return shipping for faulty items.

Yes — commissions are a meaningful part of my practice. You can submit an enquiry through my website.
How does the commission process work?
Enquiry → Consultation → Quote & Contract → Creation → Completion & Delivery.How much does a commission cost?
Pricing depends on size, complexity, materials, framing, and courier needs.
A detailed quote is provided after your consultation.Is there a deposit?
Yes — a 50% non‑refundable deposit is required to begin the artwork.
A $200 consultation fee is payable before our meeting and deducted from the final price if you proceed.Can I request changes once the artwork has started?
No. Revisions are not offered once work has begun.
This protects the integrity and cohesion of the artwork.Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes. All commissions require a signed contract outlining the scope, boundaries, payment structure, timelines, and your rights under the ACL.Can you recreate another artist’s work or match a specific style?
No. All artworks are created within my established artistic style, motifs, palette, and creative language.Can I request specific colours or symbols?
