  • Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items

    I take every care to package your artwork for transport, and use professional postal services or couriers who handle fragile goods.  ‍However, If your artwork arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, I will offer:‍

    • a replacement (if suitable replacement available), or

    • a refund (for originals or if a replacement is not possible)

    ‍I will cover or reimburse all return shipping costs for faulty items, as required under the Australian Consumer Law. ‍To request a remedy, please email me as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of receipt of the artwork: Kerrysargent_art@kerrysargent.com.au.

    ‍ Please include in the email the following relevant information.

    1. Clear photo of the damaged parcel / box PRIOR to opening‍

    2. Clear photo/s of the internal packaging (still bubble-wrapped)‍

    3. Clear photo/s of the artwork as opened‍

    4. Brief description of the damage/ issue with the artwork.

    ‍ Change‑of‑Mind Returns ‍

    I want you to feel confident when choosing a piece for your home and be happy with your purchase. To protect the integrity and value of every artwork, I don’t offer change‑of‑mind returns on original artworks or commissioned pieces.

    If you’re unsure about which work is right for your space, I offer a complimentary Art Match service before you buy. It’s a simple way for me to help you choose a piece that aligns with your colours, scale, symbols, and the feeling you want your home to hold.

  • Shipping Availability (Australia Only)

    At this stage, I ship artworks within Australia only.  This allows me to ensure safe, reliable delivery for fragile and high‑value pieces.‍

    If you live outside Australia and are interested in a work, please contact me directly — I’m very happy to assist with a personalised shipping quote and help you explore the best options for your location.

    ‍Processing Times

    Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 3–5 business days. Custom or commissioned works may require additional time; this will be communicated clearly.

    ‍Shipping Methods

    I use trusted carriers for domestic deliveries.  Large or framed artworks may require specialised art couriers.  This will be communicated at checkout.

    ‍ Shipping Costs

    All orders include complimentary shipping within Australia.

    ‍Tracking‍

    Most orders include tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

  • Pricing

    All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

    ‍Payment

    Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square. I do not store your full credit card details.

    ‍Product Descriptions

    I take care to ensure all artwork descriptions, sizes, and images are accurate. Colours may vary slightly due to screen differences or the handmade nature of the work.

    ‍Commissions & Custom Work

    Commissioned pieces are created in collaboration with you. Deposits for commissions are generally non‑refundable unless required under the ACL.
